Return and Exchange Period

At Karwingz®, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return and exchange policy allows for returns and exchanges within 3 days from the date of purchase.

Initiation of Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email at care@karwingz.in within the return and exchange period specified above. Please include the following information in your email:

    • Your name
    • Order number
    • Description of the item you wish to return or exchange
    • Reason for the return or exchange
  2. Our customer support team will respond to your email with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange. This may include providing you with a return shipping label, if applicable.

  3. Package the item securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3 days after we receive the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Items must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Some items, such as customized or personalized are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
